This journey begins on your first session which includes a consultation, hands on therapy as needed, an individualized corrective exercise program, and some time for any questions or concerns you may have. The first session may take up to two hours. This is more than a service, we at Divine Posture want to teach you how to help yourself heal the issues you have for a functional pain-free life.
New clients get a great offer at only $89 for their first single session to come and experience how Divine Posture can help change your life.
After the first session we will continue with hands on therapy as needed, an individualized corrective exercise program which will progress as you go through your healing journey, and at the end of every session we will have some time for recommendations and any questions or concerns you may have about your progress or program.
